Delivery Method
All orders placed with The Little Linen Company are sent out via Australia Post. We can send to any address including PO BOXES and all parcels require a signature upon delivery. If for some reason you aren’t there to receive you parcel then Australia Post will leave a card with instruction on where you can pick up your goods, usually your closest Australia Post shop.
All goods are shipped from our warehouse within 48 hours of receipt of payment and will be delivered within 1-10 business days.

Your satisfaction assists us in maintaining and improving our product and service to you. If for any reason you are unhappy, or a faulty product slips through our quality control system, we will be more than happy to exchange, refund or credit your purchase.
Returns and Refunds
The Little Linen Company offers a full refund on all items returned within 14 days of the delivery date. The goods must be returned in the same condition and packaging as you originally received them to receive a full refund. The customer is liable for all postage costs incurred in returning the goods.
On the rare occasion that you receive goods that are faulty or damaged The Little Linen Company will gladly exchange, refund or credit your purchase.
